Naked Elf & Berry Cobbler at the Troegs Tasting Room

Naked Elf & Berry Cobbler at the Troegs Tasting Room

by Christopher Seivard

Incredible good fortune allowed me to be walking into the tasting room at the Troegs Brewery in Hershey today as they tapped their Naked Elf. The unfiltered Belgian is a minimalist, deconstructed evolution of the Mad Elf. It is 7.8%, 16ibu; no honey, no cherries, no chocolate malt. Unfiltered, yeasty, and brilliant. Available at the brewery, on tap in the tasting room, or growlers, 6’s and cases.

Hurry! But you can’t get the first pull of it in the tasting room, I did.
