Lone Eagle Brewing

Lone Eagle Brewing opened in 2016 on Stangl Road in Flemington, founded by local craft beer fans Todd and Bob, who built the brewery from the ground up in a new building. The name honors local history: Charles Lindbergh, known as the Lone Eagle, was at the center of the famous 1935 trial held in Flemington.

The taproom pours a rotating lineup of IPAs, lagers, sours, and more, and the spacious patio is a favorite on nice days. Lone Eagle is a key stop on the Hunterdon Beer Trail, which co-owner Bob King helped organize.
