Get the Your Beer Network badge

Every approved listing can display a live ratings badge on its own website. It shows your star rating and review count from Your Beer Network, updates automatically, and links visitors back to your listing. Once your badge is live, your site can join the Network Members ring on our homepage.

A live example

This is the badge for Brew Info, one of our founding members.

Add the badge in three steps

1. Make sure your listing is live

Your listing needs to be approved and you need to be logged in to Your Beer Network as its owner. New listings are reviewed before they go live, so you may need to wait for approval.

2. Get your embed code

Open your listing page and click Get embed code. You can choose the badge size and adjust the background, border, and corner style, then preview it. When it looks right, copy the code. It will look something like this, with your own listing number in place of 123:

<div id='GD_widget_embed_123'>Loading...</div><script async src='https://yourbeernetwork.com/?gd-embed=rating&id=123'></script>

3. Paste it into your website

Paste the code wherever you want the badge to appear. Popular spots are a sidebar, the footer, or your About page. Instructions for common platforms are below.

Instructions by platform

WordPress

Add a Custom HTML block and paste your code into it. This works in pages, posts, and widget areas. To show the badge on every page, go to Appearance > Widgets and add a Custom HTML block to your sidebar or footer.

Squarespace

Add a Code block to the page or footer and paste your code.

Wix

Add an Embed HTML element (Embed Code > Embed HTML), choose Code, and paste your code.

Any other website

Paste the code into your HTML at the spot where you want the badge to appear. It works on any site that allows HTML and JavaScript.

Join the Network Members ring

Sites that display the badge are featured in the Network Members strip on our homepage. Once your badge is live, let us know and we will confirm it and add your site. If the badge is removed later, your site is removed from the ring.

Troubleshooting

The badge just says "Loading..."

Some caching, optimization, or security plugins delay or block scripts. Try excluding the badge script from JavaScript delay or minification settings, then clear your cache.

The badge says "No rating yet"

That is normal for a new listing. Your stars and review count will appear automatically after your first review.
