Bolero Snort Brewery

Bolero Snort began in 2013 as a contract brewer, making its bull-themed beers at a dozen different breweries across New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania before opening its own production brewery and tasting room in the Meadowlands in early 2020. It has grown into one of the larger craft producers in the state.

The roughly 16,000 square foot facility in Carlstadt has indoor and outdoor seating, brewery tours, and space for private events. Expect a wide range of IPAs, sours, and creative releases. Food comes from partner vendors and food trucks, and leashed dogs are welcome.
