Brix City Brewing

Bergen County friends Joe Delcalzo and Pete Reuther, an Army veteran who discovered German beer while stationed overseas, opened Brix City Brewing in Little Ferry in 2015 as the county’s first full-production craft brewery. Brix City quickly earned a following for bold New England style IPAs, and its can releases regularly draw lines.

The lineup goes well beyond haze, with crisp pilsners like Ciao Bella, experimental sours, and barrel-aged stouts. The taproom pours a large rotating draft list, and Brix City beers are easy to find in liquor stores across North Jersey.
