Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens

Greg Koch and Steve Wagner founded Stone Brewing in San Diego County in 1996, and the brewery quickly became known for aggressively hoppy beers like Stone IPA and the infamous Arrogant Bastard Ale. Stone helped define the bold West Coast style that shaped American craft brewing.

The Escondido headquarters is home to the World Bistro & Gardens, a full restaurant surrounded by an acre of landscaped beer gardens, with a wide tap list, brewery tours, and plenty of outdoor seating.
