New Belgium Brewing

Jeff Lebesch and Kim Jordan founded New Belgium Brewing in Fort Collins, Colorado in 1991, inspired by a bike trip through Belgium. Fat Tire Amber Ale became one of the defining beers of the American craft movement, and the brewery later built one of the country’s most respected wood-aged sour programs, led by La Folie.

The Fort Collins Liquid Center offers pints, samples, and brewery tours, with indoor and outdoor seating. All ages are welcome, and leashed dogs are allowed in the Liquid Center (but not on tours).
