Odell Brewing Company

Doug, Wynne, and Corkie Odell founded Odell Brewing in 1989, making it one of the pioneers of Colorado craft beer. Its 90 Shilling Scottish-style ale was one of the brewery’s first beers, and Odell IPA became a benchmark for hop-forward American IPAs.

The Fort Collins taproom pours a long list of core, seasonal, and small-batch pilot beers, with a popular patio and rotating food trucks. Brewery tours are offered on site.
